The Laurinburg-Scotland County Area Chamber of Commerce announced Mary Sue Rabon of Mega Force Staffing as its new chairperson. Past chairman Dale McInnis of Richmond Community College passed the gavel to Rabon at the Chamber office in place of the annual banquet.
