LAURINBURG — The Fighting Scots and the Lady Scots teams are in for a busy week, as playoff seedings and make-up games and matches have something going on every day this week.
Once playoff selections for tennis and volleyball are announced a separate story will be done on each team, if they advance to the playoffs. The Lady Scots tennis team finished the season with a 10-4 overall record and took third place in the SEC after losing a 4-5 tiebreaker to Richmond.
The Lady Scots volleyball team is 12-9 overall and 5-4 in the SEC, but still have one final game against Lumberton left to play. As of Friday afternoon, the Scots were alone in second place at 5-4 with Pinecrest and Hoke both tied for third at 4-4.

• Soccer vs. Pinecrest, at home 5:15 p.m.

• First round of girls tennis playoffs
Wednesday Oct, 26
• First round of volleyball playoffs
• Soccer vs. Hoke, at home 5:15 p.m.
Thursday, Oct. 27
• Soccer at Lumberton, 5:15 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 28
• Football vs. Lumberton at Pate Stadium. This will also be Senior Night for the football players, cheerleaders and band members. Kick off will be 7:30 p.m.
Saturday, Oct. 29
• Cross Country 4A East Regional Meet at South View High School, 10 a.m.
