LAURINBURG — Police are investigating an incident where two juveniles were shot with BB-guns on Wilmington Street.
Recovered firearm
LAURINBURG — Police found a .22 caliber firearm on Carver Street that has been reported stolen from Owensboro, Kentucky. No charges have been made yet.
Arrest
LAURINBURG — Fredrick McPhatter, 21, of East Covington Street was arrested Friday for first-degree trespassing. He was released on a written promise to appear.
LAURINBURG — Devon Lewis, 26, of Evergreen was arrested Friday for assault on a female. He wasn’t given a bond.
LAURINBURG — Lindsey Cairnie, 24, of Prince Street was arrested Friday for larceny of a firearm. She was given a $5,000 bond.
LAURINBURG — Kyree Murphy, 28, of Maxton was arrested Saturday for possession of a stolen firearm, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was given a $25,000 bond.
LAURINBURG — Tyzhee Brown, 20, of Sugar Road was arrested Saturday for open container of alcohol in a vehicle, possession of drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed firearm and resisting arrest. He was given a $25,000 bond.
LAURINBURG — Melquian McLean, 25, of Laurel Hill was arrested Sunday for trespassing. He was given a $2,400 bond.
LAURINBURG — Joseph Campbell, 40, of Anne Street was arrested Sunday for assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest. He was given a $5,000 bond.
