A memorial service will be held at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2013 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel. The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
Mr. Price was born on Jan. 25, 1923 in Scotland County, son of the late Hattie McPherson Price. He worked in textiles retiring from Springs Mills after 39 years of service. He enjoyed flea marketing, auctions and mowing his grass.
He is survived by his son Wilson Price, Jr. of Laurinburg and daughter Vernice P. Gulley of Wilson, nine grandchildren, and 13 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the family at P.O. Box 1913, Laurinburg, NC 28353.
