Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 30, 2012 at Union Grove Baptist Church. The Rev. George T. Ellis will officiate. Burial will follow in the Stewartsville Cemetery.
She is survived by five sons: Boston (Carrie Mae) Smith, Willie Smith, Ronnie(Iris) Smith, Thomas Smith, and Wilbert Poe Laurinburg, three daughters: Joann (Robert) Cunningham of New York and Margaret (Walter) McDonald and Christine Smith of Laurinburg, two sisters: Catherine Poe of New York and Judy Dixon of Cary, brother Willie Poe of New York, and 35 grandchildren.
