LAUREL HILL - James McMillian reported a breaking and entering and larceny at Old Hundred Hunting Club on Thursday, according to a sheriff’s report. Stolen items included four deer stands valued at $750, a stove valued at $100, and two refrigerators.

LAURINBURG - Gary McLean, 22, of 300 Wagram St. was arrested Friday for one felony count of possession with intent to sell and distribute marijuana and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia, according to a police report. McLean was placed under no bond.

LAURINBURG - Ivonne Arevalo of Craig’s Lane reported a breaking and entering and larceny at her home on Saturday, according to a sheriff’s report. A glass window was broken and a compact DVD player stolen.

LAURINBURG - Bessie Mae Watkins, 27, of 1008 McGirts Bridge Road was arrested Monday for one count of driving left of center, one count of driving while license revoked, and one count of possession of a stolen firearm, according to a police report. Watkins was placed under a $5,000 bond.

LAURINBURG - Dexter Byrd, 34, of 1008 McGirts Bridge Road was arrested Monday for one count of possession of a stolen firearm, one count of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and one count of resist/delay/obstruct an officer, according to a police report. Byrd was placed under a $20,000 bond.

LAURINBURG - Jonathan Locklear, 25, of 21341 Bridle Path Drive was arrested Monday for one count of assault on a female and one count of disorderly conduct, according to a sheriff’s report. Locklear was placed under a $15,000 secured bond.
