Tornado watch issued for Scotland County

The National Weather Service in Raleigh has issued a tornado watch for Scotland County, in effect until 2 a.m. Thursday morning.

The watch includes 31 counties in central North Carolina and was issued at 8:31 p.m. on Wednesday.
