LAURINBURG - Peggy Smith, 45, of 15920 Bronco Drive was arrested Friday under a warrant for one count of communicating threats, according to a sheriff’s report.

WAGRAM - Charles Ingram, 27, of 21360 McKay St. was arrested Saturday under a warrant for two felony counts of statutory rape, according to a sheriff’s report. Ingram was placed under a $750,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Heather Eddins, 23, of 8061 Glasgow Drive was arrested Saturday under a warrant for one count of cyber stalking, according to a sheriff’s report. Eddins was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Deercroft Investors of Knightdale reported a larceny on Aberdeen Road on Saturday, according to a sheriff’s report. Stolen were three gasoline pumps and two fire extinguishers.

LAURREL HILL - Ronald Jones of Skipper Road reported a breaking and entering and larceny at his home on Saturday, according to a sheriff’s report. Miscellaneous coins valued at $300 were stolen.

LAURINBURG - Donald McNair, 41, of 106 Rosemary Road was arrested Saturday for one count of assault on a female and one count of first degree trespass, according to a sheriff’s report. McNair was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Donald McNair, 41, of 106 Rosemary Road was arrested Saturday for one felony count of possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule II controlled substances and one felony count of sale and delivery of controlled substances, according to a sheriff’s report. McNair was placed under a $25,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Brandy Brown, 21, of 19441 Keystone Way was arrested Sunday under a warrant for one count of assault on a child under 12, according to a sheriff’s report. Brown was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Jacqueline Thomas, 39, of 760 Hasty Road was issued a criminal summons on Sunday for one count of trespassing, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAUREL HILL - Heather Smith, 27, of 18320 Marston Road was arrested Sunday under an order for arrest for one count of operating a vehicle without insurance and one count of driving with revoked tags, according to a sheriff’s report. Smith was placed under a $100 bond.

MAXTON - Bobby Hunt, 56, of 67 Modest Road was arrested Sunday under a warrant for one felony count of possession of burglary tools and one count of trespassing, according to a sheriff’s report. Hunt was placed under a $5,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Alicia Jones, 19, of 21420 Surry Drive was issued a criminal summons on Sunday for one count of trespassing, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAURINBURG - William York, 52, was arrested Monday for one count of trespassing and one count of disorderly conduct, according to a sheriff’s report. York was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.
