LAURINBURG - Latoya Locklear, 21, of 419 4th St. was arrested Wednesday under a warrant for two counts of larceny, according to a sheriff’s report. Locklear was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Carla Ingram of Craigs Lane reported a breaking and entering and larceny at her home on Wednesday, according to a sheriff’s report. Items stolen included two flat screen televisions valued at $1,100, two DVD players valued at $80, five DVDs, an Acer laptop computer valued at $248, and a Dell laptop computer valued at $540.

LAURINBURG - Kianez Love, 21, of 1026 S. Pine St. was arrested Wednesday under a warrant for one felony count of possession with intent to sell and deliver controlled substances, one felony count of maintaining a dwelling for the sale of controlled substances, and one count of selling controlled substances in the vicinity of a school, according to a sheriff’s report. Love was placed under a $15,000 secured bond.

EAST LAURINBURG - Mary Warren of 3rd St. reported a burglary at her home on Wednesday, according to a sheriff’s report. A cordless phone and remote charger were stolen.

LAURINBURG - Stephon McEachin, 24, of Marston was arrested Wednesday for one count of possession of drug paraphernalia and one count of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana, according to a police report. McEachin was placed under a $10,000 secured bond.
