LAUREL HILL - Clarence Smith, 56, of 13581 Windy Hill Farm Road was arrested Friday for two counts of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Smith was placed under a $300 secured bond.

LAUREL HILL - Kevin Bribman, 33, of 14764 Hargraves St. was arrested Friday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court and one count of writing worthless checks, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAURINBURG - Exzavier Isaac, 23, of 614 Isabell St. was arrested Friday under an order for arrest for one count of aggravated assault, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAURINBURG - Ruth Hatcher of Appaloosa Court reported an incidence of breaking and entering and injury to personal property at her home on Saturday, according to a sheriff’s report. The windshield of a vehicle parked on the property was damaged.
