A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium Chapel.
Born on July 13, 1952 in Marlboro County, he was a son of the late Lawrence and Mary Butler Quick. Jerry was a Vietnam veteran and was retired from the U.S. Army. He loved professional football and was a fan of the Ravens and Redskins.
He is survived by his son Joshua Quick of Baltimore, Md., his brother Wayne Quick, his sisters Gracie Milligan of Laurel Hill, Joyce Walker of Modesto, Calif., and Nancy Lowry and Dora Tinsman of Wagram, his niece Malissa Storey (Brandon Pass) of Marston, and his great-niece Sierra Story.
McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium is serving the family.
