LAUREL HILL - Kaysee Chavis, 27, of 20881 Country Mile Road was arrested Wednesday under a warrant for one count of simple assault, according to a sheriff’s report. Chavis was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Montrell Lloyd, 33, of Morganton was arrested Wednesday for one felony count of maintaining a dwelling for the sale of controlled substances, one felony count of possession with intent to sell and deliver controlled substances, and one count of conspiracy, according to a sheriff’s report. Lloyd was placed under a $40,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Carl Priums, 20, was arrested Wednesday for one felony count of assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill and one count of possession of a firearm by a felon, according to a sheriff’s report. Primus was released under a written promise to appear in court.
