This might be the best time in decades to start a business. Competitors are hard-hit, resources are cheaper, and good people aren’t hard to find.
Information on the best small business to start right now will be presented today from 6 – 9 p.m. at the Honeycutt Center. It is sponsored by RCC’s Small Business Center.
The program will focus on three areas: how to create a business idea that fits you; what businesses you can start for under $100; and which businesses with be “hot” and will grow in coming years. The program will list more than 30 types of businesses with growth potential.
The program presenter will be Mike Collins, president of The Perfect Workday Company. Collins is one of the most frequently featured business seminar presenters in the Southeastern United States. He is the author of four books and hundreds of business articles in publications such as Newsweek, American Banker, BUSINESS: North Carolina and Triangle Business Journal.
