Funeral services will be held at 4 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel officiated by the Rev. Jeffery McGirt. Burial will follow in Hillside Cemetery.
Larry was born on April 29, 1942, son of the late Robert “Harry” Caddell and Violet Caddell and the loving husband to the late Louise Gibson Caddell. He was a Vietnam veteran who proudly served with the United States Air Force. He worked as a mechanic with the City of Laurinburg, retiring after many years of service. Larry enjoyed spending time with family, watching NASCAR, and working on classic cars.
He is survived by his children Melissa Wagner and husband Jerry of Laurinburg, Pamela Drew of Laurinburg, and Tina Hunt of Laurinburg, grandchildren Donna Wagner, Ashley Wagner, and Adrianna Hall, and great-grandchildren Gavin Nichols, Andrew Nichols, and Calley Smith.
Visitation will be from 3-4 p.m. prior to the service on Wednesday at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
The family requests that memorial donations be made in memory of Mr. Caddell to Hospice of Scotland County, P.O. Box 1033, Laurinburg, NC 28353.
