LAURINBURG - Henry Jeffcoat of Fieldcrest Road reported an incidence of breaking and entering and larceny to a motor vehicle and injury to personal property on Tuesday, according to a sheriff’s report. The window of a 1996 Buick Century was damaged and a GPS unit valued at $300 stolen.

LAURINBURg - Jamicea Davis, 24, of 924 Kinston St. Apartment D was arrested Tuesday under a warrant for one count of larceny, according to a sheriff’s report. Davis was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAURINBURG - Makaleya Rivers, 22, of 412 East Covington St. was arrested Wednesday under a warrant for one felony count of obtaining property by false pretenses, according to a sheriff’s report. Rivers was placed under no bond.

LAURINBURG - Carl Pate, 27, of Bennettsville, S.C. was arrested Wednesday under an order for arrest for one count of court violations, according to a sheriff’s report. Pate was released under a written promise to appear in court.

LAUREL HILL - Vincent White, 34, of 11761 Pankeytown Road was arrested Wednesday under a warrant for four counts of driving while license revoked, one count of probation violation, and one count of failure to return rental property, according to a sheriff’s report. White was placed under a $500 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Jamie Locklear, 42, of 11721 Pankeytown Road was arrested Thursday for one felony count of possession of a firearm by a felon and one count of assault by pointing a gun, according to a sheriff’s report. Locklear was placed under a $3,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Travis Washington, 30, of 19484 Blakely Road was arrested Thursday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Washington was placed under a $400 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Cathy Bullock, 43, of 1121 Hasty Road was arrested Thursday under a warrant for one count of fraud, according to a sheriff’s report. Bullock was released under a written promise to appear in court.
