Jason and Kristi Balduf of Elizabeth City announce the birth of their daughter, Zoey Avery Balduf, on July 26 at 4:43 p.m. at Albemarle Hospital.
Zoey weighted 7 pounds and 13 ounces and was 19 inches long. She joins her half brother Landon Kyle Beacham.
The maternal grandparents are Cullen and Debbie Edwards of Wagram and the paternal grandparents are David and Jeanne Balduf of Elizabeth City. The great-grandparents are David and the late Lucille McRae and the late William C. Edwards II and Eugenia and the late James Lamont all of Scotland County and Tony and Lois Gutcen of Vero Beach, Fla. and the late Peter Balduf of Port Clinton, OH.
