A Maxton man was arrested for indecent exposure after exposing himself to a 5-year-old girl, according to the Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
Authorities have charged James Clayton Locklear, 57, of 237 Carl St., Maxton.
The girl’s grandmother said Locklear grabbed the girl, who lives nearby, and exposed himself to her, sheriff’s Maj. Howard Branch said. Locklear is being held at the Robeson County jail under a $2,000 bond.
Locklear has previously faced charges for assault on a female.
