LAUREL HILL - Clara Manning of Marston Road reported a breaking and entering and larceny at her home on Thursday, according to a sheriff’s report. A quantity of copper wire valued at $200, assorted tools, and a kerosene heater valued at $120 were stolen.
LAURINBURG - Ronald Elms, 22, of 22841 Marston Road was arrested Thursday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Elms was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.
LAUREL HILL - Charles Miller, of McFarland Road, reported an incidence of fraud on Tuesday, according to a sheriff’s report. He received a counterfeit money order for $950.
