DWI checkpoint nets 34
A DWI checkpoint near Wagram executed as part of the Governor’s Highway Safety Program resulted in 34 charges against motorists, authorities say. The checkpoint, on U.S. 401 in Wagram at the line between Scotland and Hoke counties, began operating at 9 p.m. on Saturday, disbanding at 1 a.m. on Sunday. According to Lt.
