A Laurinburg teenager was robbed at gunpoint outside of a Laurel Hill residence, according to a sheriff’s report. Around 5:45 p.m. Friday, Brandon McNeill, 18, and Joshua Dudley, 18, had driven to 9301 3rd Avenue to speak with an acquaintance, Melquan McLean.
