County buys disaster aid
Scotland County was recently used a grant to purchase a generator to be used during natural disasters. County officials said that the Scotland Emergency Management recently acquired a 150 KW mobile diesel generator for $43,000. The generator was funded by a 2010 Department of Homeland Security grant.
