Policeman resigns
A Laurinburg police officer resigned last week after allegations of inappropriate conduct, according to authorities. Sanford Caulder was suspended on March 1 after being accused of inappropriate behavior, interim police chief Kimothy Monroe said. Caulder resigned on March 4. Spring is here and with it the return of the annual flower sale put on by the Pilot Club of Laurinburg. The sale is pre-order only and the deadline in April 1.
