Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012 at the Richard Boles Funeral Service Chapel with burial in Hillside Memorial Park. Services will be officiated by the Rev. Floyd Hunt.
Charles was born on Oct. 22, 1947 in Robeson County, a son of Carol Hunt Brown. Before his illness, he worked with Pike Electric Company. He enjoyed dancing and spending time with his family.
He was preceded in death by two brothers: Earl Hunt and Claudie Hunt.
He is survived by his sons Mark Hunt and Bryan Hunt both of Concord and Charles Hunt of Charlotte, his mother Carol Hunt Brown of Laurinburg, brother Paul Hunt and wife Kathy of Asheboro, sisters Shirley Strickland and husband John of Laurinburg and Janie Locklear and husband Prentis of Laurinburg, and his grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 2-3 p.m. prior to the service on Wednesday at Richard Boles Funeral Service.
