A graveside service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday at the Winfred Blue Cemetery, officiated by the Rev. Winfred Blue.
He is survived by his wife Tiffany Clark Locklear, his sons Darian and Evan Locklear of Eagle Springs, his daughter Shana Locklear of Laurel Hill, his parents William Howard and Retha Locklear of Wagram, his brother Alex Locklear of Wagram, and his sister Margaret Caulder.
Visitation will be from 1:30-2:30 p.m. on Saturday at the McDougald Funeral Home and Crematorium.
