PEMBROKE - Quanita Cummings, 39, of 518 Jones Street, was issued a criminal summons Friday for one count of unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, according to a sheriff’s report.

MAXTON - James Hunt, 19, of 238 Highway 501 was arrested Friday under an order for arrest for one count of communicating threats, according to a sheriff’s report. Hunt was placed under a $2,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Wilma Britt, of Pineville Drive, reported a breaking and entering and larceny at her home on Saturday, according to a sheriff’s report. A weed eater valued at $180, a Pured electric heater valued at $280, and a kerosene heater valued at $100 were stolen.

LAUREL HILL - Clara Manning, 38, of 22741 Marston Road, was arrested Saturday under an order for arrest, according to a sheriff’s report. Manning was placed under a $100 secured bond.

LAUREL HILL - Harold Phillips, 41, of 21000 Marston Road, was issued a criminal summons on Saturday for one count of assault by pointing a gun, according to a sheriff’s report.

GIBSON - Christopher Seals, 41, of 13321 Church St., was arrested Saturday under a warrant for one count of driving while license revoked, according to a sheriff’s report. Seals was placed under a $1,000 unsecured bond.

LAURINBURG - Tracy Covington, 41, of Fayetteville, was arrested Saturday for one count of shoplifting, according to a sheriff’s report. Covington was placed under a $1,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Barbara Jenkins, 32, of King’s Mountain, was arrested Saturday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Jenkins was placed under a $75,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Jerome Norris, 28, of 801 Wiley Circle, was arrested Saturday under an order for arrest for one count of failure to appear in court, according to a sheriff’s report. Norris was placed under a $100 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Mary Locklear, of Lees Mill Road, reported a breaking and entering at her home on Sunday, according to a sheriff’s report.

LAUREL HILL - Latoya Locklear, 25, of 7321 Walters Road, was arrested Sunday under an order for arrest, according to a sheriff’s report. Locklear was placed under a $500 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Inez Campbell reported a breaking and entering and larceny on Harris Road on Sunday, according to a sheriff’s report. The total value of stolen items, including a stove, dishwasher, water heater, and kitchen cabinets, was $4,700.

LAURINBURG - Dwayne Knolton, 26, of 604 Deluca St., was arrested Sunday for one felonious count of possession with intent to sell and deliver Schedule IV controlled substances and one felonious count of maintaining a vehicle for the sale of controlled substances, according to a sheriff’s report. Knolton was placed under a $5,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Yutako McNeill, 26, of 1519 Chestnut St., was arrested Sunday for one count of driving with an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, one count of resist, delay or obstruct, and one count of driving while license revoked, according to a sheriff’s report. McNeill was placed under a $5,000 secured bond.

LAURINBURG - Jamie Barfield, 27, of McColl, S.C., was issued a citation Sunday for one count of driving while license revoked, according to a sheriff’s report.

WAGRAM - Benjamin Williams, 24, of Charlotte, was arrested Monday for one count of simple possession of marijuana and one count of driving while license revoked, according to a sheriff’s report.
