The library is offering a free income tax preparation Service - every Thursday and Friday from Feb. 7 from 10 am until 2 pm. You can have your income taxes prepared and filed electronically by the Sandhill's AARP Tax-Aide Volunteers at the Scotland County Memorial Library. This service is available to all members of the community by appointment only.
