The Laurinburg/Scotland County Area Chamber of Commerce brings you its fifth annual Chamber on the Half Shell Oyster Roast. The event will take place at the St. Andrews Univerity Equestrian-Singletary Riding Center located on Hasty Road, Laurinburg, NC. North Carolina Oysters, Shrimp, Chicken Wings by local restaurants, hushpuppies and cole slaw by local restaurants. The ticket price is $30.00 in advance and $40.00 at the door. Get your tickets before the event and save $10.00. The ticket price is all you can eat with water and soda included. Adult beverages are available to purchase. A raffle for a pearl necklace (Bob's Jewel Shop, pearl earrings (White's Jewelry and Repair, a gift basket from Belk, and a set of Cornhole boards donated by Larry Lanier will be available for $5.00 per ticket. The ticket price is for all raffle drawings. More prizes will be added before the event. You do not have to be present to win, but it would be a great photo opportunity. You can also purchase 50/50 raffle tickets at the event. You have to be present to win. This year there will be music provided for your enjoyment, but after careful though, there will not be a shag contest this year. You will have the opportunity to play cornhole. Come out and have some good eats, great networking opportunities, and all-in-all a wonderful time. Tickets can be purchased at the Chamber beginning October 10, 2012. Hope to see you there!
