HAMLET — Richmond Community College is now accepting tuition payments for the Fall 2014 semester.
“The state just set the tuition rate for the 2014-15 academic year,” said Brent Barbee, RCC’s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. “Before the rate was set, we were not able to accept tuition payments for the upcoming semester.”
The tuition rate for 2014-15 for all for-credit classes in the North Carolina Community College System is $72 per hour, up from $71.50 from last year. For a three credit hour course, tuition will be $216 plus fees ($39 for most full-time students).
Students who are registered for classes at RCC for the fall term and are not receiving financial aid need to make payment or make arrangements for payment before end of business on July 24 to avoid having their classes dropped.
Student can make payment at the RCC business office in the DeWitt Building on the College’s main campus in Hamlet or through WebAdvisor at www.richmondcc.edu. For questions, call the college at 910-410-1700.
