LAURINBURG — Eric B. Byrd Insurance will hold a ribbon cutting and business-after-hour event for the agency new location.
The Laurinburg-Scotland County Chamber of Commerce event is Thursday at 5 p.m. and be held at 126 West Cronly St.
Eric B. Byrd Insurance Agency was established in 2007 in Laurinburg. His business serves residents in 12 different states and the District of Columbia. Byrd earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from East Carolina University.
A longtime member of the Chamber of Commerce, Byrd has also served as board member for the American Red Cross, Scots for Youth Volunteer Program, United Way, Laurinburg Jaycees, and the Optimist Club.
“We provide insurance products and services tailored to meet the specific and ever-changing financial risk our clients are exposed to,” Byrd said.
