I. Ellis Johnson Elementary: Carolyn Alford — 9 years, Judith Caulder — 23 years, Deborah Owens — 20 years, Lydia Smith — 9 years

Laurel Hill Elementary: Theresa Hollingsworth — 20 years, Pamela Monroe — 30 years, Judy Thompson — 20 years, Teresa Williams — 20 years

North Laurinburg Elementary: Dorothy McAllister — 22 years, Gloria Matthews — 8 years, Sheila Swift — 20 years

Pate-Gardner Elementary: Rosalind McMillan — 38 years, Wendy Myers — 13 years
