To the editor:

The majority of law-abiding, taxpaying American citizens understand that legalizing 12 to 20 million illegal aliens will create a “Human Katrina Hurricane” flooding into the United States.

With 47 million Americans subsisting on food stamps and another 14 million unemployed Americans—it makes no sense to legalize a minimum of 12 million foreigners that will tap directly into America’s jobs, Social Security, health care, assisted housing, welfare and educational systems. What bothers me (and should bother us all) stems from the statement, “Our immigration laws are broken.” Fact is our immigration laws have not been enforced for over 30 years. They crash our borders with impunity. They work illegally with immunity. Illegal migrant employers like McDonald’s, Hormel, Tyson and Purdue Chicken, Chipotle’s, Marriott Hotels, construction firms and more—get away with endless crime of forged Social Security cards, fraudulent cash payments and displacement of Americans citizens from jobs. If Obama wins an amnesty, we all lose. We lose because he won’t enforce any “new” immigration laws.

That will encourage millions of desperate people around the world to flood faster into the United States. We are no longer a sovereign country, but a destination. Not considered by Congress, that 12 to 20 million illegal migrants will be able to bring in at least 10 of their immediate family through “family reunification.”

That will accelerate the flood of humanity into the tens of millions beyond the original amnesty. And we are already the largest debtor nation in the world now. Wake up people or should that be sheeple.

hello akmunsey-I wanted to say that I am glad that the Editor of the Laurinburg Exchange approved your post, which I felt was agreeing with Ernest Andrews util the last two lines of your post showed up.I am not much on politics and I do not know "Beonce Knowes and Elicia Keys, but if I was named Be-once I would at once ask my independant parents to change this fla-kie name.Alice Keys I know little about, the "Key"who ran on the Independant ticket a few years ago I am very familiar with.He was the one who said the man who is now our national leader was not born in this land that the Indians wee kind enough to give up for us to live in.This man only received about 4% of the votes because he was for letting all men work, instead of loaf.Fifty one percent of the people in this land today are unable to spell the word "Work".This past election people were between a rock and another rock, both hard places, darned if they did,and the same if they did not.Now we all know that once one gun is taken up from law abiding people, this country will go the same way all other countries have.Even a country boy can see this hand making notes on the wall and behind closed doors, and I MEAN BOTH PARTIES.The problem with this country is with people not in control of themselves. For instance if I told myself not to kill and meant it,would I KILL? If I said to myself,I want my neighbors dog,but he will have me locked up,or even shoot me,will I consider not doing this?If my mind tells me to do it anyway ,then would not our land be better off without me ,for I would the same again and again until I went to prison and the working class fed three times a day, providing a nice room,t.v.and exercise equipment ,free phone calls, etc.Or would 40 stripes on my back teach me not to break the law? What I am saying is this,we are responsible for ourselves, training our children, looking after after our parents, our near kinship that have worked and tryed, even neighbors who have done the same. But the lawless are lawless because they want to take and give nothing but trouble .Take the trouble away and trouble is gone, disappeared.I am responsible for me and mine, the Editor has people he reports to,other people report to him,he will not let anyone interfear with the running of the journal, thats his job,he makes sure the wheels turn that produces the Journal.Thats what makes the wheel turn, its mind control, not party control. One woman said ,it takes a village to raise a child.Do that and the whole village will put your child in never, never land.Control you mind, instill these principles in your child and use the hand,it will not kill them. But don,t tell anyone,or they will report you for child abuse and put you in jail.I often wonder,If they want to take my gun away for killing someone, why not take the abortion doctors away who have mass murdered over 59 million little ones since 1973.Yep,this is a great country, the facts show it.Thanks Mr.Editor for printing a great letter.EASY3

Are we, even if we are in the minority, afraid to stand up for what is right. Should we go along just to get along. Mahatma Ghandi once said the truth is still the truth even if only one believes it. We may wake up one morning and find all, and I mean ALL, of our freedoms gone.

You're trying to explain that to the same 51% of people that voted for the man now in office. You know, the one that's responsible for adding more national debt than all presidents in history combined, is doing a dandy job of turning us into a socialist country, has added droves of additional welfare recipients and unemployed in his presidency, has (by his own proclamation) "ended" the war (although all of our troops are still deployed in the region, believes that taking guns out of the homes of decent Americans trying to defend themselves from criminals who don't fear our ludicrous legal system will somehow curb criminal violence (gun related or not), believes that taking from those breaking their backs to make something for themselves and their families to give to those who think their entitled to sit on their butts in Section 8 housing driving a Mercedes while the Government should cater to their laziness, to name only a few of his outstanding achievements and political/social views. But in the end, the sheeple just voted for what they saw advertised by the media - change for the sake of change. God forbid, if Beonce Knowles and Alicia Keys say he's the best thing since sliced bread, who am I to argue or know better?
