The Scotland County Humane Society has a lot of friendly, personable, adult cats and is worried that the cats won’t be able to find homes once kitten season starts next month. For the remainder of February, the adoption fee has been reduced to $35 which includes spaying or neutering, introductory immunizations and a microchip.
